Event Hire
The team at Whitemans Green Sports Club look forward to welcoming individuals and companies who want to host parties, events and meetings at this fabulous new venue.
There are a number of amazing spaces available to hire, ranging from the sizeable function room, the bar, and a boardroom-style meeting room. There is also a treatment room available for professional therapists to see their clients. With the large elevator, all the rooms are accessible to all.

Function Room
The function room is a large event space adjacent to the Bar. It can be set up in different configurations to suit your needs, with a professional sound system, and has a very large screen (4 x 68" TVs).
The most popular layouts are:

Formal dining with up to 12 circular tables each for 1o people

Presentation style with rows of chairs facing the screen

Workshop formats accommodating breakout areas

A complete range of food and drink options are available from the kitchen and bar teams.
The Bar
The Bar is an open plan space that can host drinks parties with casual seating for up 80 people on a variety of seating from high tables and chairs to cosy armchairs. As well as a wide range of drinks available at the bar, canape food options are available.
Cripps Room
The Cripps Room is an air-conditioned, boardroom-style meeting room with a table that seats 10 comfortably. It has a large TV for presentations, and a natural light from a window looking out towards the south downs. A number of refreshment packages are available with hire of this room.
Treatment Room
The Club has a treatment room on the ground floor that is available for hire by professional such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths and massage therapists.
