The old Clubhouse at Whitemans Green had reached the end of its life and was no longer fit for purpose. Following the approval of planning permission, work began on a brand new, two-storey sports Clubhouse and expanded car park at the end of 2023. The project was made possible through more than £2.4 million raised by the club over seven years thanks to a significant number of grants, corporate donations and individual benefactors plus numerous fund-raising events by HHRFC members. This allowed the vision for a modern community sports hub to become a reality.

The new Clubhouse officially opened in December 2024 and now provides a modern home for sport, socialising, and community activities.  Following a partnership with Smash Padel to open three canopied padel courts in May 2025, the next target is to raise the funds needed to open a community gym on site and create an even more inclusive sport and social facility for the local community.
